A job app where people can get paid for the jobs they applied for

I was thinking it makes sense that when someone applies for a job, they should get paid for their time for creating and submitting a job application. I know job applications are usually not that hard usually but sometimes I have applied for jobs where they make you go thru an online portal and do a little test, or they ask for a job cover letter and resume, which can usually take hours depending on how much you care about the job. The app should usually ask people when they get hired for a job to prove they got hired, and depending on the job pay, you get paid a certain amount of money for the job application based on the pay rate of the job. For example, if you got hired for a retail job that pays $15 an hour, you get paid $15 for your job application. <br><br>I think this is important because for me, I have applied to over 150 jobs and usually get about 4 interviews or so, and so I have wasted time on tons of other job applications. I know proves is not the only issue but I do think it makes sense that people should get paid for job apps. Please let me know if this is a good idea or how I can improve it.
