What am I to do with these stupid bugs inside my house?

I’ve been dealing with these since early November, and now I am seeing them in every room, sometimes in huge groups (4-5 at once) on my bed, resting on anything and crawling on me. They haunt me. I have tried traps, essential oils, and caulk in the cracks of my walls. So far nothing has worked. I have also called 2 pest control companies, and they told me that the problem would fix itself when the snow comes and they go away until spring. <br><br>I am beyond frustrated and annoyed by this. I can’t sleep, I can’t have guests, I can’t enjoy my own space, and I am at my wit’s end with no end in sight. I am wondering if anyone has successfully gotten rid of them or has any suggestions?
