The honeymoon phase

My cousin got married in July and for the first month him and his wife were inseparable and him and his old friends (including me) barely saw him at all.<br> He was out with his wife almost every night. He was infatuated with her and they barely left each other’s side. He seemed happy. And he still is, but over the last few months he’s been slowly coming out to old places and spending time with us again. I think he was on cloud 9 for a while and now he’s coming back to reality
