Men don’t get depression or anxiety, we just suffer in silence or end up dead

A 45 year old friend of mine ended his life last week, he had a decent job, long term relationship and kids. He seemed happy enough when I last spoke to him (we weren’t that close) it’s sad he never reached out and felt like there’s nowhere he could turn to.
