Hey guys and gals. I was thinking of going vegetarian for a week. I’ve looked at some of the meal ideas in the archives, but I’m not sure where to start with planning/prepping. I don’t want to just top things with cheese and call them veggie.<br><br>I’ll be cooking for 1. My stove and oven have been on the fritz, so a lot of my healthy eating has been salads. Tofu and tempeh can be used. <br><br>Breakfast ideas welcome as well. <br><br>What are some basic pantry staples I’ll need to be a vegetarian?<br><br>For weight loss I’ll be aiming for 1200-1400 calories per meal and 100-200 calories per snack. <br><br>Help a girl out. <br><br>tl;dr vegetarian weight loss meal ideas and prep tips. Pantry staples needed.
