Do people who go jog something or have sex do that solely for exercise, or is there a pleasure component?

I know there is a physical pleasure from having sex, but I've heard a lot of people throw in that working out is pleasurable. I personally cannot stand going for a run or lifting, etc. I would only ever work out if I had to for my career.
