First time prepping!

I don’t think I have ever prepared food more than 1 meal ahead, but I have recently been losing weight (16 pounds last month) doing portion controls and a calorie deficit. Since I’m going to school and I’m working full time, I realize that having a 2 day supply of food will be an absolute game changer. I’m so excited! The food is delicious and I’m still going to cook dinner with my family each night, but I will still have more “me” time. I’m feeling all the feels, ya’ll lol! <br><br>I prepped chicken & avocado wraps, 1 hardboiled egg for each meal (total of 9), peaches, and protein straws (for my after fast workout snack). <br><br>Egg calories 78 each<br>Wrap calories 198<br>Peach calories 50<br>Protein straw calories 110<br><br>I think I forgot to mention the calories for each meal is 436!
