Had a "Skin check" at the doctor

I'm a dark skinned Indian and I have a lot of moles on my back that I was a bit worried about. Doctor told me to take off my shirt and she took a few pictures of my back. She said "don't worry you're not going to get skin cancer, you're already dark". The doctor literally said it's better for me to have all this melanin in my skin. It's funny because I get hate comments on this sub about how I look.
