My nephew has really bad diarrhea because I didn’t say anything

My aunt and uncle are undergoing a lot of stress currently. My aunt just got a job after closing her own business due to lack of funds (she was in deep debt and risked losing her home), and last month her dog died. She also had her 50th birthday recently and is taking my cousins (8 and 11) to Disney world tomorrow for the rest of the week. I was going over to get everything packed down for them and just make sure they are all ready to go. My uncle was out getting groceries and I could see he bought Kraft Mac and cheese. The Kraft mac and cheese now mixed in cayenne pepper and a couple of other things to make it spicy. We used to make it all the time and my cousin would eat it with no trouble. I noticed they mixed it with elbow pasta but I didn’t think much of it. A few hours later we all ate dinner and all of us were good. I didn’t think about telling my aunt about the spicy mac and cheese and now I feel bad. As I’m writing this my aunt is texting that my nephew is vomiting and has diarrhea. I feel like the world’s most fucking asshole. I realize that I didn’t think that since my cousins were older now they might be more sensitive. I didn’t say anything at all and now my aunt’s dog died, she’s in debt, and she’s stressing that her son may not make it to Disney world. I just feel really shitty right now.<br><br>Edit: I didn’t know they changed the Kraft Mac and cheese. The new ones are spicy.
