I (25M) need help with groceries and I (25M) have no idea where to start

I (25M) have recently blown my groceries budget in the last few weeks and am running out of a variety of groceries including eggs, milk, chicken, rice, beans, and fresh fruits and vegetables. I don’t know what to do to get help, so I am reaching out here. I also feel embarrassed about my situation, so I am feeling really in need of support. I am just really unsure of what to do right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br><br>Tl;dr I am in need of groceries and I don’t know where to get them.
