What are your favorite exercises for improving your creative writing?

I’m reaching out to r/creative_writing for some ideas on exercises for our writers to improve their creative writing. I’ve got a few ideas that have been helpful from my own experience, but I’m sure you all have some great ideas to share.<br><br>What activities, prompts, or exercises do you find most helpful in improving your writing?
