How to stop yourself from "getting over" things like this sub

I've been on this sub for a couple of years, using minimalism to help me through depression, and then I got a lot better and started doing artsier/craftier things with more hobbies and it's like I look back on minimalism as "that one thing I used to be obsessed with" but it's not like I want to look back on it as "that one thing I used to be obsessed with". I feel like 80% of the posts on this sub are "I'm getting over minimalism because I'm sick of the dogma".

Discuss.
