What would happen if the whole India became like Gujarat?

By which i mean:-<br><br>No rioting<br><br>Less crimes and efficient police<br><br>Strict administration<br><br>No religious conversion skits<br><br>No illegal immigration<br><br>What would happen if the whole country was like this?
