I heard my husband tell his friends that he’d leave me if he was able to afford it (he’s not a bad husband).

My husband is not a bad husband, he’s actually amazing and obviously loves me. We dated for a few years and I got pregnant (well we tried for a baby and I obviously got pregnant). I’d like to point out that I was NOT a “gold digger” and I make my own money at my job and make plenty of money, as well.

He is such a good husband and honestly the best man I know. He does everything for me and obviously does all he can to check in on me and make sure I’m okay. He also tends to be a little insecure. He did break up with me for a few months and I also heard him saying things like that.

He is such a good man, though.

He is such a good husband. And also tends to check in on me often. I heard him say that and I feel so insecure and unappreciated. I heard him say things like that such as “if I could afford it, obviously I would leave you.” (Not in a mean manner but he said it).

I know he didn’t mean it but it really hurt me. I love him so much, and I know he loves me too.
