Wtf happened to guys?

Last week I was at a mall and I saw a group of women between the ages of 25-35 walking around, and 2 of them were holding babies. I am 20 and I was wondering why they have babies that young. And I thought it was their sisters or cousins, but they weren't. They were their children. And i was wondering why they would have babies that young. And why would they have them out in public instead of being babysat by family or something. I thought babysitting was only for kids that are a few years old, right? Not babies? And I saw them breastfeeding. So weird. So that's why I am asking you guys why are there so many young girls and women having children. So many. And they have babies in their 20s and 30s. I don't get it.
