"the economy is bad" is a right-wing myth

The data simply doesn't show it. The banks are doing better than ever, manufacturing is at all time highs, and even if inflation is high, wages are _way_ higher than in 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020, or 2022, and actually higher than the rate of inflation right now. <br><br>Now, obviously, not all of these gains are perfectly distributed, and there are still people who are struggling. But the economy as a whole is not struggling. Rather, we have the wealthiest 5% hoovering up more and more money at an alarming rate. <br><br>The economy is doing well. It's the rich that are bad.
