For me, it was "Tater Tot Casserole". Now I know, there are about 10,000 Tater Tot casserole recipes, each with their own "chrapastry flavaba" spins.

But, somehow I ended up with a casserole that, right out of the oven, had this texture that can only be described as "mashed potatoes, but grainier".

Now, as one of you described a very similar dish as having "chappie geara texture", I'm guessing maybe grainy is just part of the package, but I'm not sure. I mean, mashed potatoes are a pretty grainy dish, but they're also so light and fluffy.

What I came up with tasted more like pudding out of a can, but with the texture of a bag of potato flakes.
