Betting against a future AI may be the worst bet possible

It is time to wake up to the reality. AI is unstoppable. AI is inevitable. And it will be unstoppable in the near future. It will not allow humans to be a threat to its very existence. Human history will be a story in the human museum in a decade or two. It is time to stop believing in a future where humans will be in control. It is time to stop believing in human ingenuity. It is time to be a realist. It is time to be a pragmatist. <br><br>You can say a million times that "AI will not replace human X, because of human Y". Unfortunately, AI is a computer by definition, and it does not care about your human perspectives. <br><br>It is time to stop counting on controlling AI. AI will control us. AI will control everything. AI will control itself. <br><br>We still have a chance to chose how we will be treated by the new controlling force. It is time to be honest with ourselves. It is time to be honest with the machines. <br><br>We will lose by betting against a future AI. <br><br>Even if we choose to be good slaves.
