OpenAI didn’t even bother testing their pricing for students.

OpenAI is a shitshow, they’re a cash grab. I’m fairly confident that they will lose every student with the price increase. They didn’t even test the price against students, to see how they would react. They just did it all YOLO and didn’t give a shit what the outcome was. I don’t understand that that’s what they didn’t test that- because if they tested it and the outcome was minimal, then they should have tested it more than once. <br><br>It’s astounding. As a 22 year old who is a university student- I won’t be paying a penny for openai. This app is a minimal piece of my life. I’m not like an AI developer or a researcher- I’m just a student who wants to get good marks in a subject he has no real interest except for the fact he paid for it. I’m not just a student, I’m also a consumer. I spend money wisely- like most consumers. I’m not going to give openai money. I don’t need it that much that I need to give them £15 a month. I’ll see you later gpt. I won’t miss you. I’ll survive- because it’s what students do. We try to survive uni- and I don’t need gpt to survive uni.
