Is there any way to avoid your kids from becoming autistic?

So my wife and I are planning to have kids. I am 23 and my wife is 19. I was diagnosed with autism and am mildly autistic and I'm a bit worried about my kids becoming autistic. Should I be worried? Is there any way to prevent it?
