Learning a language is a ridiculously difficult task.

I was listening to some Russian rap music and my brain was able to catch a few uncommon phrases and words every now and then. I thought to myself, "Oh shit is my brain actually working now?" Then I realized that I had already heard these words many times before and my brain just decided to process them at that exact moment. I don't know how many hours I need to put in to be able to understand that many Russian words. It's scaring but I guess I'm still learning.
