Why do Normies go to the gym and work out?

I have a pretty good idea why normies floss and brush their teeth, I.e. To look good, smell good, attract, etc. <br><br>But my point is, why do normies go to the gym? Like most normies don't even want to get jiggy with it. So I don't really see why they would go to the gym. Everything else they do, I can see how it leads to getting laid. <br><br>I also get why they drink alcohol. It lowers inhibitions and reduces anxiety. But why do they go to the gym?
