How should someone handle two friends that don't like each other?

Hello everybody. I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have two friends, one is a co-worker and the other is from a hobby. They don't like each other, and each of them constantly sends me things that the other said or did to make them look bad. How can I stay friends with both of them without having to pick sides and risk the friendship with one or both of them?<br><br>Also, what specific steps should I take to make sure they stop making it my problem?
