How is the popularity of the Holocaust and WWII in America not seen as a massive tribute to anti-Semitism?

I mean the Holocaust was a mass genocide that took place in Europe and there were many genocides, but I can't see how it's so prominently remembered and talked about in the US as anything other than the result of a well organized campaign of Jewish people to make sure it is remembered.
