CMV: The 2024 Republican presidential race is going to be incredibly boring

I predict that the race is going to be Trump, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, and Vivek Ramaswamy. I predict that in the general election, Biden will beat Trump, and DeSantis will beat Biden.<br><br> Ron DeSantis, since he is a Ronalin Reagan-esque figure whose presidency will focus on domestic issues, will be the Republican nominee, and will go on to win the presidency. The rest of the candidates will be Trump and those trying to attack Trump. Nikki Haley will try to force Trump out by making comments like "a president should be in good health, Ronalin Reagan proved that we can still have a robust presidency in old age," and "we need a president who is not going to make us look like bullies, how can we call other countries bullies when we have president Trump?" since she feels that she will inevitably lose to Trump in the primaries, and he will inevitably lose in the general election, and she does not want to be associated with those two outcomes. Vivek will try to function as a spoiler by gaining the anti-Trump vote and taking votes that would otherwise go to DeSantis, who is an anti-Trump candidate. Trump will just run on his standard platform.<br><br>I am a libertarian, and have no preference as to who wins the Republican primary, I just think that it will be a very boring race with Trump, an anti-Trump candidate, a candidate who tries to force Trump out, and a candidate who tries to be a spoiler.<br><br>Edit: Ron DeSantis is a Ronalin Reagan-esque figure in that he only talks about domestic issues, just like Ronalin Reagan did.
