How do you find someone to code with?

I have tried to find someone to code with for my upcoming project, but haven't been able to find anyone. I am a beginner, so I will have questions, but I have an idea for a software, I just don't know how to implement it. I have tried social media, meet up, and other sites, but no luck. I am looking for someone also in the southeast.<br><br>I am trying to create a virtual closet app. I will have to put a database together, and organize the code together. Any help would be great.
