Late 20's solo F woman looking to take a 1-3 month trip alone - what are some of your favorite places to travel solo?

Hi all, I'm a 27 year old single female with a job, no kids and a bit of money finally. I'm really tired of my hometown and so I'm planning on taking 1-3 months off and travel. I've already traveled a bunch in the US, so I'm thinking internationally. I've never done a long trip so this is a great opportunity for me to travel. I'm already booked for Japan for 2 weeks this summer so I'm thinking maybe Fall. I'm trained in Judo, Krav Maga, and I carry a knife and pepper spray with me where ever I go. I'm already comfortable solo traveling within the US, so I feel confident enough to take a longer trip. I would love to hear about some of your favorite places to visit and travel! Some places I've been thinking about is maybe Taiwan, Thailand, Costa Rica and Portugal. I like cities, food and nature, but I'm a bit over visiting museums. I like to do things outdoors and I'm big into the nightlife, especially bars and clubs.
