Exactly what the title says, what would you have done if you were Hitler?

Using Hitler as an example because he is easily the most infamous person in history, and for good reason. I understand that there are worse dictators, for example, Mao, who killed a lot more people than Hitler, but I'm going to use Hitler as my example here for the reasons stated above.

Imagine that you were Hitler, you have the same temper, the same sense of humour, the same charisma, the same intelligence, and for the sake of the argument, let's just pretend you share the same political ideals as well.

What would you have done differently? How would you behave? How would you speak?

I personally would have been more diplomatic with the rest of Europe, try to speak to them instead of yelling, try to have a beer with them instead of try to have them shot. I would have invested more in the German navy, have made an alliance with Italy and Austria-Hungary, invaded France, and I would have invaded Russia, but only have done so with a large coalition of countries. I would have been very diplomatic and I would have seen that more bloodshed was not what Germany needed.

But that's just what I would have done. What would you have done?

Or would you have done the same thing as he did? Would you have run your country the same way as he did? Would you have behaved like he did?

Edit: I understand that I am European and my view of the world is biased towards Europe, but that's why I am asking you, what would you have done if it was you in his shoes?
