Hey guys/girls, I'm 36M, wife (32F). We were able to have our first child last year but it was a miscarriage. We're still trying and my wife's OBGYN told us to take an AMH (egg count) test and a Semen Analysis (sperm count). The OBGYN said it's possible we might have issues on either end and this will tell us where to focus our efforts. We just got the results back and my sperm count was normal but my wife's AMH was very low (below 1).

She's otherwise healthy and exercises regularly. What are the chances of us being able to conceive naturally? What options should we be considering at this point? I know people who had low sperm count and were able to conceive but with an AMH of <1, I know we have a tough road ahead. Any thoughts?
