I'm a 45 year old woman and I have no friends. Just my husband and daughter.

I'm so lonely. I want to extend my circle of friends, but I have no idea where or how to start. I'm married 22 years, 1 daught3r, 23 years old. I have a few coworkers I speak with, but no phone numbers exchanged and I never speak to them outside of work. <br><br>I want friends, but I have no idea how to start making new friends. I've never been good at it. <br><br><br><br>EDIT: Because some of you are asking. Online, virtual friendships are friendships too. If they help with the loneliness why not? You don't need to be in the same city the same country, heck even continent, to have a friend.<br><br>I downloaded Bumble BFF. I made connection with someone, we exchanged numbers. She wanted to be friends. And she suggested we get coffee. But when she found out I am not into Christian God, she told me she was no longer interested and blocked my number. I am absolutely floored.
