I'm just curious about the pedo accusations against teachers.

I dont have any evidence for them, and from what I've seen the majority of the claims I'm reading about are not based on any evidence. Once you get a bunch of people convinced, a lot of them will refuse to listen to evidence, and often if they dont have any evidence to back up their claims they just make shit up.<br><br><br>So I'm just curious, what is the average rate of pedophiles in the teaching profession? Whats the rate of pedophiles in the general public? Is it higher in schools?<br><br><br>From what I've seen, pedophiles tend to go into fields that allow them the access to their target audience, such as the priesthood, scouting,etc. Some of them tend to just go into the field of teaching, but if people are claiming the rate is higher than the general population, that seems to be the only logical conclusion people are making about the profession. I personally don't see that as a fair conclusion to make on a profession as a whole.
