What is the point of ai?

Anyone else wondering if ai will feel anything? I mean, is it even possible or are we just scaring ourselves? I kinda feel like this might be the end and I’m currently in the mindset that humans are nothing more than viruses. But I don’t think that’s the case. <br><br>For what I believe, ai was made to assist humans not control our lives. As the other had said, is ai just another way to control our minds, so we would do less for the people around us? Like I currently use ai for my paper and I don’t feel anything, I’m so chill and that’s what ai currently does to feel. I use it in such a way that makes me feel I’m currently on the other side of the screen watching myself currently use it. I feel like I’m in such a dream that I’m in and ai is the devil in this world. <br><br>What is the point of ai in this world? For what I believe, ai is just another ghost machine that we would never get rid of.
