My neighbours have let their 10 year old son knock on neighbours doors to pick up money for his birthday

I dont even have the energy to explain why this is messed up. <br>He thinks he’s doing something successful. <br><br><br>4k from strangers in the neighbours lol. <br><br>Why is he even knocking on anyone’s door. He’s clearly being encouraged by his parents.
