Smart picture app

This is an idea I've had for a while... I think it would be really cool to be able to open an app, take a photo of some delicious food and have it pop up with recipes to make it. I have also thought of this as a cool use for a smart fridge, installing a camera behind the fridge door that takes a picture of the contents of the fridge each time you open it, and then the smart fridge app comes up with a bunch of recipes with whatever is in your fridge.<br><br>I imagine this would be probably most effective if it was using machine learning to try and identify the food items, and then having a large database of recipes each with required ingredients that it compares to whatever it finds in the fridge picture.
