I was in tears because it felt like it was a scene from Shrek

I was driving in rural areas and passed by a man riding a horse.<br><br>The sun was setting, and suddenly, I heard loud and deafening screams as three people ran towards his horse waving their arms wildly.<br><br>The horse was startled, and the rider almost lost control.<br><br>I pulled over and watched in tears as they ran towards the man and continued to scream at him.<br><br>It was like a scene from Shrek, where Donkey continued to talk and make a lot of noise even after he was told to shut up.<br><br>I don't know if I should have intervened, but I didn't want to make things worse.<br><br>The incident was so strange that I started crying because of how Shrek-like it seemed.<br><br>The screams were so loud and intense that it seemed almost scripted or like something from a movie.#####Edit: Thanks to everyone for reaching out and offering support! The more I thought of it, the more I felt off. <br><br>So here's a more detailed account of what happened. <br><br>This happened three months ago, and I can't stop thinking about it.<br><br>I was driving on a 50MPH road, a two lane rural road. There was a small drainage pipeline without any drainage. It was maybe four feet in diameter, and it was a small, man made pipeline. There was a small cliff, and a man made wall. It was about four feet tall, and the pipeline continued on the other side. <br><br>So a horse man and a horse woman were riding horses, and the horse man was on this side of the pipeline, while the horse woman was on the other side. <br><br>The horse man's horse jumped over the pipeline, but a car came speeding. I don't think it did 50MPH though. It was close enough that the horse woman's horse was startled, and she fell onto the ground.
