More seed bugs in 2024?

With the start of warm weather in the northern US am I am noticing a ton of seed bugs around this year. I'm in the midwest (IL) and was overrun with seed bugs last fall. I thought there would be fewer due to the harsh winter we had but they are literally everywhere this spring. I'm wondering if it's going to get worse before it gets better. Do you think it's going to be a bad seed bug year?
