How can I save money? I'm burning through my savings very quickly

I'm a 30 year old female with a 9-5 job. As of January 1, I had $12,000 in my savings account. In the last 6 months, I've burned through 40% of that. <br><br>I don't even know what I'm burning money on. I feel like I just have to pay my monthly bills, but that's not making sense. <br><br>I just don't understand what I could be spending money on, that I'm spending my savings so fast. I just cannot figure that out. What should I do? I'm not sure how to track my money.
