I'm 5'0(152.4 cm) and I'm a woman, I never thought I was ugly or anything but now I'm on a black pill depression spiral

I'm a woman, 5'0(152.4 cm) and as I just looked at the average height of a female in Ukraine I got really depressed. I used to be okay with my height, but I guess black pill is getting to me. Now my life seems so meaningless, I don't know what to do.
