So I used to be crazy obsessed with calorie counting and logging. I had my head in the game for about 5 years. I went from 210 lbs to 135 lbs. During that time I got engaged, married, worked my ass off, had my first child, and got pregnant with my second child. After the second kid, I kinda fell off. I was always tired, and logging was stressful. I feel back into my old habits, and gained back about 80 lbs.

On Wednesday, I'm getting my tummy tuck after losing 85 lbs. I'm 5'6 at 130 lbs. I love myself to death at this weight. I'm so happy. I went back to logging. During the two days before my surgery, I logged everything. I had no idea I was eating so much. Like 2150 calories for the day! No wonder I was able to lose all that weight while logging regularly. I'm so excited to start my journey again.

I had no idea. Logging really helps. I'm so glad I started again. What did you learn about yourself from logging?
