I did these exact recipes, minus the honey, in the pics.

Extended recipe at bottom

They are easy to make, taste nice, and I've found them to make my life far easier than the protein bars I have been having. Ofc they don't have the same level of protein, but it makes me so happy knowing that my entire 3-day stock of energy balls have only 350-400 calories, and I can just make more when I need them. I'm also planning on making the chocolate chip cookie ones next week, so I'm looking forward to that, and I'm also going to have a look around for more recipes.

Also, I can easily find all of these ingredients at my local Tesco.

They take around 30 minutes to make 12+ of, with minimal effort.

I'm not at all good at baking, so if you can mess these up, I can't wait to try them.

Ofc, if they are a bit "messy" or not the neatest, that's good, because I'm planning on having one a day.

Extended recipe:

Ingredients:

* 2 Cups rolled oats
* 1 Cup creamy peanut butter (I've been using crunchy since it's the same price)
* 1/2 Cup Honey (I omit this since I'm trying to be more healthy)

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl combine the oats and peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
2. Add in the honey and mix until a dough forms.
3. Use your hands to shape the dough into small balls. You should end up with around 12-15 energy balls.
4. Place the energy balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
6. Once set, store the energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Edit: The bottom recipe is just a placeholder. The images in that post are the ones I used.
