What I used to do in the past: I used to do OMAD (one meal a day) during terrible diet....the "meal" would be terrible, lots of salt, sugar, fat, processed, tons of sodium, tons of empty calories, no veggies....and I wasn't even hungry at night, I would eat terrible food over and over again, just because I could.

Then in my entire adult life, I would become obsessed with working out, overtraining and over exercising, and then think I could eat whatever I wanted, only to quit, then gain weight, repeat the cycle over and over again.

So I got sick of all of that, and I was like "I'm actually going to try to eat normal, and maybe not work out, like, 10,000 hours a week, and maybe not diet or cut, like, 500 calories a day, and maybe eat real food."

I'm not sure what's normal for meal prep people, where you can prep for a week, and all of that, I have no idea how to do that. I try to meal prep for just a day, and then I end up not even wanting to eat, because I'm sick of what I made, I don't know, how to mix and match ingredients, and I can't even seem to cook a chicken breast without it becoming dry, and then the next day, I have no idea what to make, and I'm super lazy when it comes to cooking, so I just want something fast, but I don't want to eat processed food, so I'm trying to find a reasonable solution.

I do meal prep, but terrible, I don't like leftovers, so trying to make something for a day, and then just reheat, and I hate frozen food, because I feel like I'm eating an ice cube.....so I'm trying to figure out how to come up with a meal or two that I don't mind eating, in advance or as leftovers, but I'm not sure how to come up with a "menu" or how to mix and match ingredients, or how to do a grocery list, or any of that.

I do meal prep, but only once or twice a week, and then I have no idea what to do, and I don't want to do it, I want to just have something easy, but healthy in the fridge....and I'm getting a bit tired of eggs and rice.

Any advice, opinions, or tips would be super helpful.
