They are not "promoting culture" or diversity, they are promoting their desire to indulge in the culture in their home countries of the US and Europe.<br><br>If you want more catgirls in your life, you are the one who is the guest, in this case. Don't ask your host country to bow down to your selfish desires. What you should do is prove yourself and an asset to those countries, and then move there for your own selfish desires. If you're too lazy to do this, and you're too lazy to learn the language, you shouldn't be living in a foreign country.
