The $1.50 "Chinese cooking wine" at the grocery store will last you a month on this. A $3 bottle of oyster sauce will last you 3-4 months.<br><br>"Oyster sauce" is just oyster, sugar, salt, and water. You could use salt and sugar with fish sauce or soy sauce. I've also used this sauce with Hoisin sauce.
