I am starting to believe my husband has been high during our entire marriage

My husband and I have been together for 7 years now. We've been married for 3. We have a baby girl together. I love him but I've recently been getting these weird feelings that he's always high. I've never seen him smoke weed. Never smelled it on him. He takes prescriptions for his ADHD but I think he's always high on something. <br><br>It's just that his behavior is so weird. He starts projects and then will just completely forget about them. He'll start playing with our dog and just stop. He'll go use the bathroom and completely forget that I was talking to him or that we were on the phone and then he'll come back into the room and ask me why I'm being quiet (not angry or upset, just genuinely confused). He struggles to finish conversations. He struggles to initiate them. <br><br>When he was away at college he told me that he had been high for our entire first date. I joked with him that it must have worked because I'm still here. He just replied "yeah" and moved on. <br><br>Now that we're married and have a kid, I'm getting a bit worried about his ability to take care of himself, our daughter, and our pets. I just don't feel comfortable leaving her in his care now. Like tldr I'm starting to believe that my husband might be high all the time and the thought is terrifying because we have a small child together.
