If the Germans took Russia, how would the war have progressed?

The war between the Germans and the Soviets begin in 1941. The Germans get through most of Ukraine in the first month. The following year, the Germans are just miles away from Moscow, and even occupy parts of the Caucus region. If the Germans had taken Moscow, how would the war have played out?
