What’s your favorite economical sauce/curry?

Spaghetti Bolognese is the classic.<br><br>I’m a big fan of potato and green pepper curry, with rotis. So delicious and so cheap. I’ve even done it with nearly bad potatoes and it was fine.<br><br>How about you guys?<br><br>What’s your favourite?
