I accidentally smoked some K2 and now I'm really high. How do I sober up?

I'm going to see a movie in a bit with my girlfriend. We will probably only make it to the previews or opening credits before I have to go to the hospital. I'm so high. I smoked some weed to see if it would sober me up but it definitely made me higher. I've heard the horror stories. What should I do to come down?
