What is your favorite anime and why?

Mine is Death Note. While I know it’s an old anime don’t judge me. But let’s here about your favorite anime. What really made it your favorite anime? To me at least, I can connect with most of the characters. It’s not a high school setting. While I know it’s a Shonen anime I feel it really takes in a different path than the rest of the shonen animes. It’s a psychological anime but I’m not a big fan of animes that offer only that. It just feels like a great anime. It has been my favorite for a long time. While I know it can change I just love it so much.
