Why isn't anyone quitting?

I'm going into consulting with a top 3 firm. I'm pretty fresh out of university, so it's a big payday. I'm super excited about the job. But, I've heard some horror stories about the hours/week. I'm looking at 80/hr week no problem, with 100+ not being out of the ordinary. <br><br>I don't really know of other jobs with this kind of pay for someone with my experience. Shouldn't people be leaving? Why do people put up with this?
