Actually, I have had good luck with the Pomodoro Technique

I know it was downvoted in a recent thread, but I honestly have found the Pomodoro Technique to be very helpful. I focus for 25 minutes, then take a 5 minute break. This is good for my attention span, and it helps me block out distractions. If I get tired and my brain says I can’t work, I remind myself it’s just for 25 minutes.
